Chalet hosting how it should be!
All our hosts share a common enthusiasm for excellent hospitality, tasty wholesome food and winter sports. Our teams are fully trained and have attended chalet cookery school.
Our aim is simple – to enjoy the mountain. If we build the right team and support them, then in turn we all have the best and most memorable season.
Robyn and Henry
… Chalet Hermine, Winter 2025
Meet Robyn and Henry from Poole who have a strong hospitality background having worked in a range of quality restaurants. They’ve also recently travelled through Asia teaching English in a school in Sri Lanka.
When they are not skiing they turn to water sailing, jet skiing and power boating.
Shay and Rick
…Chalet Myrtille, Winter 2025
Shay and Rick are highly experienced hosts who have worked in the Alps in various roles for the last 6 seasons and will be leaving La Tania to work here in Montchavin.
When they are not skiing or hosting Shay likes to run ultra marathons and Rick tours Europe on his motorbike.
Rhiann and Henry
…Chalet Lievre Blanc 2025
Join us after finishing University reading physics and maths respectively. Rhiann was also the Ski Rep at Durham University and was a key part of the ladies slalom team. Henry also loves to ski and has worked as a private chef assistant and enjoys weightlifting and watching MMA.
Jasmine and Conor
…Chalet Barthelemy, Winter 2025
Jasmine and Coner offer a great balance of experience, personality and energy to hosting and managing chalet Barthelemy.
They share a common love of skiing, cooking and hard work. Jasmine joins us from a management role at the White Company. Coner has just graduated, he’s a tennis coach and has extensive hospitality experience.
Nadia and Chloe
…Chalet Bouc Blanc 2025
Nadia and Chloe are friends and went to University together. They both trained at Snow Cooks here in Peisey and have worked in various hospitality roles. Their love of skiing and hosting unites them and sets them in great stead to give a fantastic guest experience.
Vicki and Andy
…Chalet Caribou, Winter 2025
Vicki and Andy will be joining us for their 5th ski season working in the French Alps. Having worked as chefs and chalet hosts in Morzine they have all the experience to make sure our guests have the best stay!
Both skiers and boarders, they also like to travel and have recently returned from Morocco.
Rich and Jessie

Both massive outdoor enthusiasts, we grew up outdoors, sailing, skiing, hiking, cycling and horse riding. After 20 years working in hospitality, property and HR, we decided to combine our passions with work.
We live in Bourg St Maurice and run the company from France. We have two young children, who are also an important part of the team!
