Upgrades and extras for 2023/24!

Since Club Alpine took over Ski Hiver, we’ve been investing in the business and making some tweaks to the offering, building on the strong service we provide.

For next season, there are some exciting new benefits which will make the guests’ stay a little better, including:

Starlink super fast WiFi – Already installed in Myrtille, Hermine and Lievre Blanc our WiFi speed has gone from 6MB to over 100MB with this innovative satellite technology. This means guests can use all their favourite platforms, video call friends and family back home and use high-speed internet, uninterrupted.

Bed linen – A good nights sleep goes a long way to making sure you maximise your time on the mountain. Next season, we will replace all our linen with luxury 100% cotton duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases.

Amazon Firestick – Not everyone skis and if you’re travelling with children, you’ll know the importance of a bit of TV. That’s why we have installed Amazon Firesticks into all our chalets, so you can relax and enjoy your favourite shows.

Drinks service – In line with our guest feedback we have decided to replace our honesty bar with a personalised pre-order service, allowing you to choose and buy the drinks you really want at a great price. We work with our local suppliers to deliver your drinks, so you can have what you want without the burden of shopping yourself and paying the high prices of the local convenience stores.

Raclette service – Not everyone wants to go out on the staff night off, which is why we have developed an in-chalet raclette service, where we supply all the food and the machines for a small supplement. If you have never done it before, it’s great fun!
